Please help
Two young Afghani brothers are sent by their parents to Europe in search of a better life. Over 4000km …walking! Could I even cover that distance with my running in a year? No way! But via Run4Refugees Tom and I together are hoping to do it in less than six months. Your donations go straight to these two brothers and others like them in need. Please support us…and them!

Run4Refugees-Weekend in Alteglofsheim


Neben dem Erledigen von administrativen Aufgaben für unser Projekt blieb noch Zeit um die Laufschuhe zu schnüren und unsere neue "Run4Refugees-Laufbekleidung" anzuprobieren.

A weekend of planning and discussing ideas for Run4Refugees is now behind us! But we also found time to try out our new Run4Refugees Running Clothes! Many thanks to Time-Out Sport Shop!

Of course we found time for some running too...a 20-km jog in the wind and rain!
